Cleaning solu­tions for the printing industry

Our product range comprises water-based and water-free, low-emis­sion prod­ucts. They feature quick dissolving prop­er­ties in conjunc­tion with high mate­rial compat­i­bility. Our cleaners are applied in spraying and dipping processes. Their scope of use includes printing inks, dyes and paints in fresh, dry and cured state.

Appli­ca­tion

For effi­cient removal of all printing inks with low and high degree of cross-linking

Mate­rial: effec­tive on all common steel, stain­less steel, chromium and ceramic surfaces. Plas­tics – only use after checking compatibility

Concen­tra­tion: in aqueous dilu­tion 30–50%

Appli­ca­tion temper­a­ture: 40–80 °C depending on type of cleaner

Appli­ca­tion

Devel­oped for water-based printing inks which are not reac­tive, cross-linked or dried with a very hard surface

Mate­rial: effec­tive on all common steel, stain­less steel, chromium and ceramic surfaces. For aluminium, galva­nized parts, nonfer­rous metals and plas­tics – only use after checking compatibility

Concen­tra­tion: diluted with water 5–25%

Appli­ca­tion temper­a­ture: 40–80 °C depending on type of cleaner

InkClean-Produkte

Prop­er­ties

  • Extra­or­di­nary cleaning performance
  • Suit­able for water and solvent-based cleaning processes
  • pH neutral to alka­line products
  • Low emis­sion
  • Low flam­ma­bility to non-flammable
  • Econom­ical because diluted with water for use

Appli­ca­tion

For the removal of all common paint systems as long as they are not too much cross-linked. Espe­cially suited for water based paints and UV paints

Mate­rial: effec­tive on all surfaces made out of steel, stain­less steel, chromium and ceramic. Aluminium, galva­nized parts, nonfer­rous metal and plastic – only after checking compatibility

Concen­tra­tion: 10–50 %

Appli­ca­tion temper­a­ture: 20–75 °C depen­dent on the type of cleaner

Solvent­Clean-Produkte

Prop­er­ties

  • High-boiling solvent-based cleaners
  • Low emis­sion
  • Flash­points between 60–90 °C
  • Low foaming

Appli­ca­tion

For removing of solvent-based printing inks even in dried state. Also suit­able for cross-linked, water-based paints and UV paints
